Steve Guttenberg and Team Unite in 'The Dybbuk' Horror Film

Steve Guttenberg, Beth Grant, and Craig Bierko have come together for the horror film 'The Dybbuk'. This project, a modern adaptation of S. Ansky's play, features Guttenberg portraying Rabbi Azrael, a spiritual leader who must expel the spirit of a dead man that possesses a young woman's soul. Filming for the movie has been completed in Los Angeles.
The film is signed by writer-director Lee Amir-Cohen and writer-producer Ashley Bua. Amir-Cohen is stepping into his feature directing career with this project. He previously wrote and directed the fantasy-horror short film 'The Other Place', in which he also participated in this project. 'The Dybbuk' will be produced under the Synescope Studios label by Amir-Cohen and Bua.
Bierko plays the young woman's father, Sender, while Grant portrays Frayda, the young woman's grandmother. This cast promises to deliver a profound story to the audience. This horror film aims to capture viewers' interest by exploring spiritual themes and character depths.
Guttenberg is represented by CAA and Vault Entertainment, Grant by Buchwald, and Bierko by Echo Lake Entertainment and Frontline Management.
