Thomas gets a fright because Johanna collapsed due to anemia that is lethal when not treated with bone marrow. Will Susann be her savior? Britta focuses so much on Johanna that she doesn’t notices her pregnancy signals. Gunter avoids Merle.
Susann, Roman and their children Fenja and Lars travel from Frankfort to Lüneburg for Fenja’s school’s end. They meet Heidrun and Roman’s daughter Bente there.
While Johanna resigns herself to the diagnosis Thomas and Jule seek a donor; Luise could be the disappeared daughter. Everybody tries to cope in his or her own way with the loss of Heidrun. Vincent reports Susann to the police.
Britta is pregnant now. Thomas finally finds Susann who possible is Johanna’s niece Luise who can donate bone marrow. Carla buys Torben out. Merle and Gunter bought the golf course. Carla designs a golf resort.
Despite doubt Susann visits Johanna to learn more about the family relations. Roman tries to withhold her from donating bone marrow. Vincent and Bente flirt with each other. Lars discovers Britta’s pregnancy.
Susann almost doesn’t get it; she finally found family roots and could be stem cell donor for Johanna. Merle tries to settle the quarrel with Gunter. Ben thinks Britta has an affair with Lars; she hides her maternity for him.
Near the grave of mother Clemens accuses Roman of not having informed him about the dead of Heidrun. Business makes Bente miss the funeral. Hormones cause Susan having side-effects.
Mother is there just before Britta wants to tell Ben she is pregnant. The quarrel between brothers escalates when Clemens inherits father’s watch that is of much emotional value to Roman. Susann wants the bone marrow transplantation.
Susann thinks she did find the first trace to her father. Gunter treats Merle rude because he can’t handle his feelings for her. Vincent and Bente want more in their relation.
Britta looks baffled when she hears that her new chief Regina thinks you can’t combine a career with raising children. Susann is glad when Roman appears on the day of the surgical operation. Johanna and Susann bring Jule and Lars together.
When they take away stem cells Susann has a cardiac arrest. Regina reanimates her. Clemens counts on it that Roman will sue the hospital. Ben threatens to leave Britta when she decides for an abortion. That is why she sends him away.
Roman doesn’t see that Vincent takes everything away from under his nose. He suspects Bente of plotting with Vincent. Gunter confesses Thomas being in love with Merle but thinks there will be no relation. Britta’s choice: child or career.
Susann is disappointed when it turns out that Pavel, her mother’s dancing partner, cannot be her father. She wants to search traces of her history in the Kontorhaus. It appears that Britta ‘s child didn’t suffer from the electric shock.
After the electric shock Britta starts to worry more about the life in her belly. She decides to keep the baby; Ben is very happy. Roman accuses Merle of Susann’s burglary. Gunter’s attempt to keep Merle on distance raises astonishment.
Vincent fails in selling the building machines he took Roman away from under his nose. Susann is glad and thankful for Merle’s saving of valuable goods. Johanna’s recovery starts. Erika probably only has an eye for Pavel.
Mick is concerned about Alfred but discovers after a while he just simulates his illness to stay in the commune. Johanna is allowed to leave the hospital because Thomas will be there for her at home constantly. Fenja wants to become cook.
Family Winter is in commotion: Fenja disappeared. Susann and Roman have a quarrel while looking for her. Mick wants to give Alfred Ben’s room but Ben already promised the room to Lars. Mick’s love for Bente grows.
Mick is frightened when he understands that Bente has an affair with Vincent. Susann gets hope to find father when she hears from Achim and Johanna that Ehlers lives. Alfred attacks subtle because he doesn’t want to move out of the room.
Britta does not dare to tell her chief she decided in advantage of her baby. Merle has to admit she fell in love again with Gunter. Because Roman offered her just a minor job, Bente loses control over the driving wheel. Alfred gets the key.
Torben has to disappoint Susann: she has no buying right for the old storage yard of Clemens. Clemens recognizes the wicked game and gets pity on Susann. Fenja looks forward to the application talk. Mick saves Bente.
Susann gladly accepts Clemens’ offer to use the rooms of the Kontorhaus even when Roman is against it. Roman decides to make things clear during a talk with Bente. Mick’s friends want to celebrate him as a hero but he doesn’t want that.
Susann fears her father could be a war criminal. Vincent moves to Clemens’ house. He tries everything to get to know anything about Roman’s case. Gunter dates with Merle who thinks it is just a business dinner.
Erika has bought tickets to India for herself and Achim but Achim has to find a substitute for his chemist’s shop. Rajan hardly can’t live without Ella. Bente catches Vincent when he searches Roman’s desk.
Since Susanne has sent the email to her putative father she vainly waits in keen expectations. Thomas finds proof that Pete had a military penalty. Merle wants to reveal her feelings to Gunter but Julia comes in between.
Susann sees her father Pete for the first time. He wants a DNA-test. Mick’s friends ask themselves why Mick is aggressive. Mick steels Lars’ bike. Finally Erika and Achim obtain leave of absence. Thomas cares for Anne.
After the bike accident Mick leaves the hospital on his own responsibility. It turns out why he does that after Gunter brings him to reason. Britta’s troubles to hide her pregnancy grow. Gunter and Julia like each other more and more.
Gunter, being very insistent, makes Mick tell him that his father committed suicide with a car. Mick blames himself for his father’s suicide. Lars wants a firm; Roman thinks that is great. Susann is very busy because her store opens soon.
Susann is outraged when she finds out Clemens spoiled all her stored tea with pesticides. She is glad when a test proofs Pete is her father. Roman discovers why Pete was in jail. Mick feels guilty.
Gunter doesn’t like it Julia trying to arrange him against her ex Roman. Against the expectation Anne and Regina got allowance for the reorganization. Mick is prepared for therapy but gets fright when Britta can arrange an appointment now.
Offended by Roman’s scorn Bente steps over to Vincent and helps him against his father. Susann hears from Pete why he was in jail. They come near to each other until Roman comes in between. Britta wants to confess Regina she’s pregnant.
