From November 6 to 15, over 200 comedians are expected to perform in more than 100 shows at various venues across New York. Among the festival's headliners are renowned comedians like Marc Maron, Ilana Glazer, Jordan Klepper, and Ms. Pat. Additionally, names recognized from Saturday Night Live, such as Sarah Sherman, Patti Harrison, Ziwe, Ben Bankas, and Mojo Brookzz will also be attending the festival.
The full program includes stand-up performances, live podcast recordings, film and series screenings, sketch and improv shows, industry panels, and fundraising events like Stand Up for Heroes held at venues such as Carnegie Hall and Beacon Theatre. Caroline Hirsch, the founder of the New York Comedy Festival, notes that the festival celebrates the biggest voices in comedy each year while showcasing future talents. This year's lineup brings together both well-known stars and the new generation of comedians.
Hirsch stated, "We take pride in New York City continuing to be the center of the comedy world. Artists, industry leaders, and fans come together to experience the best that this art form has to offer." The festival is supported by sponsors including Bread Financial, NBC + Peacock, and Hard Rock Hotel New York. More information about tickets and presales will be shared soon.
