The Lupinranger obtain part of the Lupin Collection upon arriving at a Gangler casino and acquire a tip about another the next day. Meanwhile, GSPO's Commissioner receives a package that he's been waiting for.
The Patranger arrive at the scene, causing the Lupinranger to flee; Keiichirou promises a group of civilians retribution for what had happened to them, which is overheard by Kairi who remembers why he became a Lupinranger; Patranger use Good Striker, which then abandons them for the Lupinranger.
Tooma gets antsy, wanting to rush into things with the police and get caught; Sakuya becomes depressed after a battle and Kairi sends the Patranger into a Ganglar trap.
People are disappearing in locked rooms and the common link is a stuffed animal that Tsukasa is enticed by; Umika gives up information to the police.
The Lupinranger track a Ganglar, but hold back when he meets with Destra; Hilltop is ambushed while transporting new items of the Lupin Collection; Kairi and Keiichirou each end up with an item, which results in a duel to see who gets both.
Keiichirou is annoyed at losing to Lupin Red, causing Tsukasa to snap him out of it, and Kairi is reveling in his supposed anguish.
Sakuya asks Umika out on a date, but she throws his number in the garbage. After a Ganglar swallows Kairi and Tooma, Umika invites Sakuya to the next restaurant that is likely to be attacked.
Tsukasa thinks she has caught on to the identities of the phantom thieves, but Good Striker appears to Kairi before the police can fully set their plan in motion. After the stakeout fails, Jim Carter stumbles into a Ganglar hideout.
Umika is excited that a famous French jewelry designer is visiting Japan. Kairi plans to steal the pendant on her necklace, which is likely a part of the Lupin Collection, but she brings up sour memories of his brother. The Patranger create a fake pendant in order to catch the Ganglar in a trap.
Kairi is bummed after Blue and Yellow failed to recover a collection piece in time, but Keiichirou unknowingly gives him a tip that would lead to an alternate way in getting his brother back; Umika has a discussion with Sakuya, which reveals a new detail about the previous battle.
Since the Lupinranger are gaining popularity, Commissioner Hilltop sets the Patranger up with a movie deal in order to have them do the same. However, a Ganglar has infiltrated the film set and turned Sakuya into a girl!
Both the Patranger and Lupinranger have trouble catching up with an extremely speedy Ganglar. Umika is able to remove his collection piece, but it is taken by a young boy who wants to be better at track, with Tooma on the case to get it back.
Tsukasa visits the amusement park on her day off where she just so happens to run into Umika at the ticket counter. The two are not only forced to share a ticket at the park, but also get chained together after running into a Ganglar in the haunted house.
The Patranger are on the case after a young boy tries to fight the bad guys, reminding Keiichirou of himself as a boy, and receive a new collection piece in the process. The Lupinranger discover that their are two Ganglar, but find that between the two of them, they only have one collection piece.
All three Patranger are rushed to the hospital, with Keiichirou having the most extensive injuries due to being poisoned. Umika and Kairi go to visit the police, but Sakuya and Tsukasa take off because their is still a Ganglar on the loose.
The Patranger examine a destroyed Ganglar's safe; a new Ganglar appears and accidentally swaps bodies with Tooma, but now likes his new body and will not switch back.
Keiichirou has met a girl at Jurer, but does not get the hint that she is into him. Umika takes things into her own hands and attempts to get the two of them to spit out their feelings.
The Patranger fight a revived monster whose remains were previously held in HQ; Kogure tells the Lupinranger the story of Arsène Lupin and Good Striker.
Sakuya steps in when a woman is being harassed, but the man takes offense and gets his payback when the Patranger visit Jurer with their strict boss and almost gets Sakuya fired!
A new phantom thief arrives from France and scares off a Ganglar. The next day, Kairi is shocked to learn of this when a man loudly exclaims to him that he is Lupin X, but Keiichirou then arrests him. Hilltop hears of this and barges into the interrogation room where he explains that the man is actually a cop.
Neither the Lupinranger nor the Patranger trust Noel, and so he must try to change that.
Noel finds out about Sakuya's crush on Umika and attempts to play cupid. However, his plan backfires when Umika is attacked and cannot transform unless revealing her identity.
After the Patranger struck out, Noel tells Tooma about a culinary school that is suspected to have a Ganglar on the inside; a Ganglar with a gold safe has entered the playing field.
Kairi investigates about a lucky pendant, but is interrupted by the Patrangers, which leads to he and Tsukasa having a heart-to-heart conversation.
Noel is injured and taken in by Kairi, who still doesn't trust him; both teams must work together to open the Ganglar's gold safe.
Noel gets a tip about an illegal auction having a Lupin Collection piece on display, so he and Umika go undercover with Kogure's checkbook.
Tooma tries helping out a man on the street and gets persuaded to join a martial arts class. Much to his surprise, the assistant teacher of the class is Sakuya!
Umika's father shows up at the restaurant on her birthday and gets the wrong impression of Kairi; the Patranger do battle with a Ganglar, but Noel thinks that the Lupinranger are better suited to deal with his powers.
The Patranger talk about throwing Noel a welcome party when the Ganglar show up and Keiichirou gets his memories stolen! The memories have turned into photographs, with several missing, and the Lupinranger are now in possession of one.
Noel is suspicious when the police tell him that Keiichirou is going on vacation and so he sends Kairi in as a spy.
