Inspector Vitale is going through a difficult time following the arrest of his colleague Sorrentino and receives a transfer request, which Deputy Commissioner Lopez opposes. Meanwhile, two officers, Coppola and Marciano, are taken hostage by a man they were supposed to question regarding a complaint: Lopez and his team desperately try to save them. Meanwhile, Vicky and Francesco investigate a child who threatened an entertainer with a gun, revealing that he saw a man hiding weapons in his home.

Lucia Profeta agrees to meet 'o Cafone, the new boss holding the neighborhood in check. Lenzi and Silla shadow her, hoping to identify and frame the mysterious Camorrista: a dangerous meeting that could finally reveal the face of the enemy behind the new wave of violence.

Vitale investigates the ties between a politician and 'O Cafone', while Lopez secretly continues his investigation, spied on by Bianca, who is being blackmailed by a secret service agent. Sciacca and Battiston expose a fraudulent medium, while Ciccone reunites with Soni, the housekeeper who reported him for harassment.
