The arch can be repaired, but without the drone, how will Carl film the race?

When Bob and the team restore an historic ship at the docks, Mr. Bentley joins them, taking on the role of the ship's captain and interfering with the build. This leads to the ship launching down the river with only Mr. Bentley on board.
