CHAN TAT MAN is a sales representative of insurance policies. One day he comes across a keen competitor who is a beautiful girl. She is also of the same career and he is convinced by her, becoming her client as he feels inferior.

TAT MAN and HIU MAN have a quarrel. After consideration, TAT MAN realizes that he is too mean so he goes to beg HIU MAN to forgive him.

CHAN CHOI knows SIU KUEN's behavior. He misunderstands TAT MAN, thinking that he tricks him. CHAN CHOI always scolds TAT MAN as he was very naughty and burnt their house when he was still a boy.

TAT MAN holds a feast for CHAN CHOI's birthday but many of their relatives do not turn up. ‧

HIU MAN is sick as she works too much. Fortunately, SIU TUNG takes good care of her and she is touched. CHEUNG OI sees every?thing and knows that SIU TUNG admires HIU MAN and thus she re?minds TAT MAN. However TAT MAN does not take her words.

SIU TUNG makes a customer discontented. TAT MAN is involved. This creates a chance for KI SING to insult TAT MAN. SIU TUNG resigns thereafter.

CHEUNG OI misunderstands HIU MAN. thinking that she has turned to SIU TUNG. She criticizes them but HIU MAN makes no defense. In fact she still cares about TAT MAN.

HIU MAN knows that TAT MAN is co-habituating with SHIRLEY and she is very disappointed.

SIU KUEN's performance in the public examination is not so good and cannot get a school-place in the university. CHAN CHOI is very angry. For her sake, TAT MAN declares that he will shoulder the responsibility to help her study abroad.

HIN KWAI shifts his interest to stock market and real estates after leaving the insurance company. He knows TAT MAN's weak point, so he convinces him to make investment according to his suggestion.
