TO KA CHEONG backs to Hong Kong after-study abroad for four years. YEUNG LAP BILL, WONG YIN MING, TO KA WAI and TO KA LEE go to the airport to welcome him. Since they have not seen each other for a long time, they are very happy to see again.

CHEONG tries to find a job but he has encountered a lot of difficulties. Eventually, he works as a property negotiator but lies to WAI and the others that he is a manager in a real estate management company. WAI feels very glad about that. Furthermore, CHEONG is lack of working experience and is treated contemptuously by the clients. CHEONG has to tolerate.

After graduation from the secondary school, WAI immediately arranges LEE to study abroad but he refuses. CHEONG has been suffered from study abroad alone. Thus, he promises LEE that he will help her to persuade LEE.

CHEONG is arranged to work in KEUNG's Paging Company. Peter and William and the others welcome CEHONG. However, JOE who is the same rank with CHEONG, resists him.

MING is busy in the beauty contest training and pays less attention on CHEONG. With the warning from the colleagues, CHEONG begins to worry that MING will change her mind after the contest.

The Manager, Mr. Tang, promoted JOE. CHEONG is so angry that he1decides to resign. With WAI's encouragement, CHEONG could then give up the idea of resignation. He applies to transfer to the postal section.

MING is disappointed in love. KEUNG takes this opportunity to court MING. MING gradually accepts him. KEUNG even expresses that he will buy a luxurious house in North America for MING and also help MING's parents to emigrate. MING is affected with his good will. CHEONG misses MING so much that he rings her up. However, their meeting immediately stirs a quarrel. MING believes that they could not be together. She feels very gloomy.

WAI suddenly faints while she is working. The doctor suspects that she may suffer from hepatitis. CHEONG worries a lot. CHEONG and LEE decide to take good care -for WAI. WAI appears to be alright so as to make them more relief.

The police misunderstands that BILL is the murderer, Therefore, the police tries to arrest BILL. BILL escapes to YING's home and requests to hide for a few days. YING agrees. BILL tells YING his situation. YING does not mind.

CHEONG promotes the 'planting nutrition campaign'. He aims on some greedy and innocent people. The result is good and even YING has joined the campaign. KEUNG praises CHEONG when he sees that the project is so successful.

MING and BILL meet each other again with a different identity. Both of them feel very embarassed. They oppose KEUNG's arrangement. However, KEUNG neglects them.

WAH requests WAI to recover their old relation. WAI still loves WAH and is touched with his gratitude. However, WAH could not tolerate the gossip of her neighbours. CHEONG also disagrees WAI to recover old relation with WAH. WAH then falls into a dilemma.

CHEONG and MING are very lonely by the time they meet each other. Therefore, they miss each other deeply. They talk about the past together and apart from each other reluctantly. Several days later, they meet each other again on the beach. They eventually could not control their emotion and recover their old relation. MING even conceals from CHEONG that she has already become a mistress.

CHEONG is very irritated when he has known that MING is KEUNG's mistress. MING misunderstands that BILL is indented to spoil her relation with CHEONG. MING scolds BILL. BILL advises them to be calm. CHEONG decides to emigrate abroad with MING.

BILL discovers MING in time and sends her to the hospital.
