Just when everyone believes that CHEN is having a promotion due to his office renovation, they are shock to learn that SHIRLEY is moving down her office at Department Fit 100 afterwards. The arrival of SHIRLEY is definitely not welcome by all staffs; especially their performance will be closely watched since then. But welcome lunch is a tradition in the company; all staffs are invited to have lunch with SHIRLEY upon her arrival.

Due to the feverish of being an actor, TAK gives up his job and concentrates on acting. However, the producer teases his obesity and terminates his casting. TAK has a bad day and when he returns home, SHIRLEY scolds him for his reckless decision in resigning the job. TAK finds no place to air his grieves; therefore, he runaway from home and shelters at his best friend, SI CHI KEN’s apartment temporarily. MAN has a girlfriend named WING KI. LIN dislikes her vanity and harsh demanding characters, especially when KI always monitors MAN closely. On the other hand, MANDY does not obtain any appreciation from SHIRLEY. SHIRLEY ignores her praise and insists to have a good result on the sales figures. MANDY is disappointed.

Unless KEI finds someone to replace him for driving the taxi, otherwise, he cannot make his song at studio. Meanwhile, he meets TAK, who is wandering because of jobless. Both of them share their dreams in entertainment business; yet, become good friends instantly. And, TAK helps KEI to be taxi driver voluntarily. Coincidentally, KEN meets PIC at a beauty salon, while PIC is querying at the reception. KEN finds PIC very interesting because of her character. Apart, TAK returns home to visit his doggy. HEN takes the chance to cook some delicious food for him in order to change his mind for leaving. However, TAK insists to earn his own living.

In order to help LIN, SHIRLEY acts as a matchmaker and introduces VIVIEN to MAN. MAN feels irritate for her kindness. Besides, TAK is attracted by the sexy of MANDY. When he knows that MANDY will deliver products to KI regularly, he visits the fitness club persistently. Meanwhile, MANDY targets at the obesity of TAK for selling her product; hence, she takes a proactive step to make friends with him. Interesting enough, BO targets KEN as her future husband. The company installs CCTV in the office; yet, spies on the performance of staffs. MANDY feels annoying and inconvenient to carry on her freelance business during office hours. One day, SHIRELY discovers that TAK is working as a taxi driver by accident. Though she follows his taxi closely in order to find prove, TAK is able to get rid of her chase. Hence, SHIRLEY fakes that the dog of TAK is sick; thus, induces TAK to return home.… ...

The sale of Fit 100 has no improvement; therefore, SHIRLEY decides to terminate sales personnel. Both MANDY and BO are scared before the execution. But they are released when they knows that they are not selected this time. The atmosphere in the office is still tense; hence, MANDY decides to smug her freelance products away. Somehow, partial of her products goes to trash because of the carelessness of the cleaning staff. MANDY suffers a loss then.

TAK has no alternatives but to tell SHIRLEY about the freelance business of MANDY. Although SHIRLEY feels pity, she insists MANDY to resign. Thus, PIC and BO also follow the decision of MANDY. Just before submitting the resignation letter, MANDY realises that SHIRLEY is redundant. Fit 100 Department is undertaken by KWOK now.

Other than political power, KWOK has no interest to take up any responsibility; therefore, he orders CHEN to sign a contract as a distributor of another health product. CHEN is lacking of product knowledge; hence, he asks MANDY and MAN to accompany. In the meeting, CHEN and MAN cannot answer the inquiry of the clients; yet, MANDY has to deal with them solely. MAN is impressed by her ability and both MAN and CHEN realise the importance of SHIRELY at last. Apart, MANDY also helps MAN to reserve his right at a car accident. MAN appreciates her assistance.

Economic instability has forbidden staffs to take risk on their jobs; hence, all staffs of Yan Oi Tong agree to reduce their bonus and salary unwillingly. Meanwhile, SHIRLEY has an opportunity for an interview. She takes her first ride on a mini bus and causes herself embarrassment. At last, she shows up late and with sweat all over her body. Even though, she knows that she is obesity and old, she is still full of confidence.

While many people want to hide their embarrassment, PIC just does not have a choice. She is furious when the TV commercial discloses her embarrassment at fitness club on TV. And, she is mad to learn that KEN is the one who directs it. She runs up to the advertising agency and negotiates with KEN at once. They have a stormy quarrel and become enemy thereafter.

Although KEI has made apology to ON, ON dares to believe him. Meanwhile, he discovers that TAK is more reliable and appreciates his working attitude. On the other hand, SHIRLEY suggests to increase budget for product promotion; however, her proposal is rejected because of financial constrain. MANDY and others are terminated because she has been discovered for installing the illegal computer software in the office. Everyone knows that it is just an excuse from management to scarify him or her in company politic and they feel torturous to this consequence. Nevertheless, they worry about their future also.

In nowadays, finding a job is not easy. When KI discovers that MAN applies for security guard, she simply feels shameful for him. Meanwhile, LIN realises that MAN loses his job and is unemployed now. The opening ceremony of KIT’s bar is going to take place; hence, MANDY and MAN help to deliver flowers for the decoration. They meet KI on their way and cause her misunderstanding. They end up in quarrel. By chance, KEN rides on BO’s taxi. In order to avoid being recognised by KEN, BO pulls down her cap to hide identity. Apart, BO invites ON to participate in the opening ceremony of the bar; however, ON is reluctant to accept the invitation, as he is still mad at KEI. Although BO is attached to KEN and tends to develop further relationship with him, she feels hopeless when KEN recognises her as the taxi driver. Meanwhile, KEI takes down video of the opening ceremony and wants to share the joy with ON.… ...

KI is also keen to find a job for MAN; hence, she introduces MAN to her doctor, HO, for an interview. Though the interview is a referral, MAN does not get any advantage. On contrary, HO pays no respect to the experience and abilities of MAN; but teases him instead. Meanwhile MAN realises that HO has intention to develop further relationship with KI; therefore, he forgoes the high offer in return of his dignity. On the other hand, MAN also finds himself shares different point of views with KI; thus, he decides to break up with her.

ON is an old-fashion father, when he hears the song of KEI, he is terrified instead of happy. Moreover, he nearly crashes his car because of frighten. On the other hand, BO misunderstands that someone is proposing love to her secretly; hence, she leaves some food in the taxi in return in order to give him a sign of indication.

One day, CHEN meets MAN at the street by chance. Like many of the jobless people, CHEN cannot find a job also. But he has set up a housekeeper agency with his saving and runs a business now. Therefore, he recruits MAN to join his agency immediately.

Both BO and TAK are drunk and have a sexual relationship unintentionally. However, BO has no interest to get any closer with TAK, even though TAK is willing to take up the responsibility. She just wants to treat their relationship as a one-night stand because she finds TAK has no elements to be her fiance. SHIRLEY is aware to the despair of TAK and tries to pacify him. Meanwhile, TAK still approaches BO and often visits her at her house. However, BO feels annoying and avoids seeing him. The opening of MANDY’s restaurant is going to take place soon; she is devoted to achieve a success this time.

The proposal of MAN regarding the herbal soup gets the appreciation of JOE finally. He is assigned to set up the design and packaging department for this project. MANDY also has interest to promote this product at her restaurant. However, PIC has no faith on this product and resists CHUEN to launch it.

Although TAK tries his best to convince BO for his faithfulness, BO does not move by his sincerity at all. Apart, MAN guesses that SHIRLEY must have secret ingredients in her cooking; hence, he helps MANDY to investigate. SHIRLEY is aware to the spy of MAN and discovers the conspiracy of MANDY. Therefore, LIN suggests SHIRLEY to associate with MANDY in running the restaurant. After consideration, SHIRLEY agrees the joint venture with a condition that MANDY has to be MAN’s girlfriend. Thus, she forces MAN to propose his love to MANDY indirectly.

ON drops his bias and visits KEI at the bar. He discovers that the audiences admire the songs of KEI and is pleased that KEI obtains a certain extent of recognition. Finally, KEI mends the relationship with his father. On the other hand, the design of herbal soup also gets the recognition of JOE; thus, TAK is invited to join the company. This offer makes TAK to realise that his ability and talent is actually on art.

In a body examine, BO discovers that she is pregnant. So, she finds TAK and tries to tell him the truth. However, TAK is concentrated on his career and fails to recognise her indication. BO is furious and upset. Indeed, ON is aware to the strangeness of BO and shares his worries with MANDY. MANDY recalls her memories that BO has borrow money from her once in order to visit the doctor. While the doctor recommend BO to check her menstruation to see if she is pregnant. Yet, MANDY is worried and scares that BO has an abolition.

SHIRLEY succeeds in convincing CHUEN to co-operate with her again. They are preparing to serve both Shanghai and Guangdong cuisine together and the business is stabilised. Everyone is working hard for the opening ceremony. Though LIN also devotes to help SHIRLEY, his effort does not impress her at all. Hence, he feels upset for being ignored.

On the wedding day, BO is upset because her nightgown is unfit due to her excessive weight. Meanwhile, MAN and MANDY is trapped in a lift accidentally. Therefore, MAN takes the chance to propose his love to MANDY; however, MANDY suffers a stomachache and fails to give him any response.

SHIRLEY realises the reason for the disappearing of LIN. Hence, she prepares a bowl of soup as her apology to LIN. On the other hand, KEN has to report his location to PIC daily; yet, he feels irritating for not having the trust from PIC. Meanwhile, PIC believes that KEN is not reliable and loses faith towards the relationship. In view of this, PIC decides to break up with KEN. KEN feels tortuous but respects her decision.

SHIRLEY cannot resist the temptation of delicious food and feels tired of her special diet. Therefore, she makes an excuse to visit LIN and eats the snack. Unfortunately, the food is expired and she is sent to the hospital because of poisoning. Everyone recommends SHIRLEY to take the diet; however, SHIRLEY is reluctant to listen. KEI helps PIC to recover an agreement at the bar; thus, delays to send out his enrolment form for the singing competition. When PIC realises it, she feels guilty and seeks for the assistance of her friend to deliver the enrolment form instantly. Luckily, the form arrives on time.

The award presentation is taken place at Spain. Unexpectedly, PIC promises KEI to go to Spain together; hence, KEN feels abandon and bitter at heart. KEN loses the cat of PIC carelessly; whilst PIC is so worried because her cat has illness.
