Achim is in custody and his daughter Katja, whom he is seeing for the first time after two years, would like to help him. However, he does not want to be helped by his daughter and is very dismissive of her. Erika tries in vain to change his mind.

A new warrant against Achim to avoid he flees to Poland. Gunter is amused about Nils’ second star he took also as a tattoo. Anne is against Thomas’ plans for privatizing the hospital and offers Christa a job.

Thomas is not happy to see that Christa has a job at the opposition. Nils surprises Carla with his suggestion to have a new start in Barcelona. Achim sees he has to be cooperative to become free from the burden but keeps silent.

Should Carla come with Nils to Barcelona? Philipp helps Katja who has to close her studio in Hamburg. Thomas surprises Christa with a financial idea to help the monastery. Nadine alarms Falk and means he needs someone he can trust.

Falk gives in to Nadine’s declaration of love. Carla is astonished because Nils wants to go with her to Barcelona. Ella explains Katja why she did quit the relation with her friend. Caroline decides to do a genetic test.

Caroline confesses to Gunter that she wants to postpone the genetic test. Ella is unhappy about Achim and Lüneburg until she meets Erika. Carla has to decide between Gunter and Nils. Johanna gets physical problems during her action to save the oak.

Achim, Katja and Ella are shocked because Achim is accused of supplying fake drugs. An anonymous caller wins the tree auction. Cook Nils desperately seeks a qualified substitute.

Nils tells he leaves to Barcelona, kisses the totally surprised Carla goodbye and he is gone. Torben hesitates first but finally gives Katja the shocking DVD about Philipp. Nadine lets proof disappear in the chemist’s.

Katja wants to talk with Philipp about the assault on him but he blocks everything. Carla is sad because Nils has gone. Thomas reacts exaggerated towards Christa; that has personal consequences.
