Four new celebrity couples check into therapy with Dr. Jenn Berman. One couple has been the source of public scrutiny this past year, and they immediately get judged by the other couples in the house.

The couples join Dr. Jenn in an intense group therapy session where they all reveal some of the most hurtful moments in their relationship. A new couple arrives.

Group therapy brings up many topics revolving around trust in a time when social media is so prevalent in society. Because of her animosity towards the therapy process, Dr. Jenn is furious with Nikki and the two go head to head.

Dr. Jenn is upset with both Nikki and Jenna for not fully committing to the process, so she brings everybody into group to scold the pair. Evel and Stephanie disagree about sharing a life-altering secret with the group.

Dr. Jenn shakes things up with the group by bringing in a trust expert to the house. This sends the couples spinning in their relationships, each feeling burned and upset by their partner.

Evel admits to the cast that he has a life threatening disease and they have a very surprising response. Treach and Cicely are still mad with each other, while Nikki is still reeling over Juan Pablo not telling her he loves her.

In this week's group session the couples reveal their childhood traumas. Later, Dr. Jenn plans an activity that allows the couples to release their aggression. Nikki and Juan Pablo get into a huge argument involving everyone.

Nikki and Juan Pablo are at a crossroads in their relationship. Cicely tells Nikki how she really feels about her. Meanwhile, Treach finds out some news about his father, who has been absent from his life for about 30 years.

Treach has to decide if he is willing to let his father into his life again. Deena mentions she wants Chris to get a new job, which ends up infuriating him. Dr. Jenn surprises Jenna with life changing information.

Jenna, John and Dr. Jenn visit Jenna's mother's grave. Juan Pablo and Nikki, along with Jenna and John, realize that they are ready to take the next step in their relationships. Treach and Cicely are on the brink of breaking up.
