The evil-hearted Doctor Eggman has kidnapped Cream the Rabbit. While Sonic attempts to rescue his friend from Eggman, a massive explosion occurs due to the Chaos Emeralds. Ultimately, Sonic and his friends find themselves teleported to the human world. Here, Sonic gets into trouble with the police who are trying to capture him, and he is saved from a pool he falls into by a young boy named Chris Thorndyke.
