Ali Vefa, a genius with savant syndrome, dreams of becoming a doctor. Despite his disability and the prejudices he faces, he has graduated from medical school, completed his internship, and only needs to specialize. He leaves his provincial town and sets off to start working as a Surgical Department Assistant at Istanbul Berhayat Hospital, where his mentor Adil Erinç is the Chief Physician. However, an accident at the airport makes Ali late for the most important meeting of his life. At the same time, the hospital's board of directors is gathered to discuss whether to hire Ali. Except for Adil, no one believes that a person with autism can be a doctor. And Ali, arriving hours late, nervously faces the board, who look at him with pity and disbelief...
