Successful doctor İnan Kural is shot by an angry family member of a patient. Miraculously, he survives, but when he wakes up, he cannot remember the last 12 years of his life. Learning that he has lost his family during this time, İnan now faces the risk of losing his profession as well. Awakening to a life that is completely foreign to him, İnan decides to piece together his shattered existence.
