Jonas finally gets to meet his father. Åke wants to live life to the maximum after his near-death experience. Kajsa and her colleagues at JTM are worried.

Kajsa has invited her girlfriends from Åtvidaberg to meet Åke. But will he? Frank takes Daniel to a customer dinner. Jonas goes to Paris to see his father.

Frank is driven, career-hungry and pulls in assignments for JTM and starts taking over Cleo's customers. Cleo questions and feels pressured. Teddy takes girls in for job interviews even though JTM has no jobs to offer.

Claes is away and Frank is holding the positions in the office. Teddy is kidnapped and chaos ensues. JTM is invaded by policemen.

JTM is informed of a loss of billions. Anxiety spreads in the office and Odin Brundin, the positivity consultant, arrives to lighten the mood.
