Buffy is an ordinary teenage girl who seemingly moves to Sunnydale with her mother and is trying to adjust to her new school, Sunnydale High. What makes it easier for Buffy to adapt to this small town is not just the warm welcome from the locals, but the various demons and vampires that have emerged from the Hellmouth. Buffy is the last of the Slayers, chosen to fight the creatures of the night in each generation, and her arrival here is due to having burned down her previous school to eliminate vampires. The presence of her friends Willow, Xander, and her watcher Giles helps her cope with this destiny she never wanted. However, the arrival of the vampire with a soul, Angel, will complicate things a bit.
