In the upcoming live-action Spider-Noir series from Prime Video, many villains from Marvel Comics can be successfully adapted for the screen. This series, which focuses on the story of Spider-Man Noir, will utilize a range of both iconic and lesser-known foes, bringing them to life on the small screen. The producers of the series are boldly selecting characters from Marvel's library, including names that viewers may not recognize.

It is expected that Sandman, one of Spider-Man's most famous enemies, will play a significant role in the series. Other major villains like Tombstone and Silvermane will also be featured, along with Megawatt from Spider-Man Unlimited #2 in 1993. These choices clearly demonstrate the wide array of selections Spider-Noir is making from Marvel's rich character pool. Over the years, Spider-Man has faced dozens of superpowered criminals, and many of these characters could fit perfectly within the Spider-Noir universe.

Black Fox is a character with a long history with Spider-Man but is relatively unknown. This elderly cat burglar, a former world-class thief, has attempted many ambitious heists, only to be thwarted by Spider-Man. At times, he has also become a target for other characters, needing Spider-Man's help. Importantly, Black Fox's training of Black Cat could serve as a connection point for this character to appear in Spider-Noir. The comic book roots of the character Felicia Hardy, portrayed by Li Jun Li in the series, are not entirely clear, but considering the influence of film noir on Spider-Noir, it is likely that the character is not on the right side of the law.

The Disruptor, or Richard Raleigh, first appeared in The Amazing Spider-Man #117 in 1972 as a sleazy politician campaigning for the Mayor of New York. In reality, Raleigh is heavily connected to organized crime and has plotted to deceive the people of New York by turning a creature known as Man-Monster into a weapon. Manipulative and corrupt politicians with ties to crime syndicates are abundant in the genre that Spider-Noir explores, making it quite plausible for a character like Richard Raleigh to be included in the series.

When analyzing the character of Silvermane, played by Brendan Gleeson, it has been confirmed that Tombstone and Sandman will be supporting characters working under his command. As one of the most notorious crime barons in Marvel Comics, Silvermane must certainly have many yet-to-be-seen associates on screen. Spider-Noir is preparing to create a cinematic film noir atmosphere by utilizing these villains and many more unknowns.
