Normal People director Lenny Abrahamson to adapt David Nicholls' novel "You Are Here" for BBC

Lenny Abrahamson, the renowned Irish director who brought Sally Rooney's bestselling novel "Normal People" to the screen and launched the careers of Paul Mescal and Daisy Edgar-Jones, is now focusing on another beloved author's work. Through his production company Element Pictures, Abrahamson will direct the television adaptation of David Nicholls' novel "You Are Here," which will be published in 2024 for BBC.
This collaboration is a continuation of Abrahamson's long-standing successful relationship with the BBC. The director has worked with the BBC on various prestigious productions in addition to "Normal People," consistently delivering captivating works that enchant audiences.
