The Evil Dead series has returned with its new film, Evil Dead Burn, proving once again why it is the best horror franchise. With intense kill scenes, a perfect balance of drama and comedy, and the best third act of the series, this film stands out as another fantastic chapter in the Dead Book. Alice's (Souheila Yacoub) victory over the Deadites offers an immersive experience from start to finish. However, as with every Evil Dead film, death is just the beginning, and the shocking final credit scene elevates everything to a new level.

In the final credit scene of Evil Dead Burn, one of the series' best villains, Ellie Bixler (once again portrayed by Alyssa Sutherland), is resurrected. This raises the possibility of Ellie making a full return to the series. Collider's Perri Nemiroff asked director Sébastien Vanicek what this exciting return could mean for Ellie's future. While Vanicek didn't reveal too many details, he mentioned that this addition was made at the studio's request and expressed his pleasure in making it happen.

Alyssa Sutherland's surprise return to the series is a big shock for fans, but she is not the only one making a cameo in the new film. It has been officially confirmed that Bruce Campbell, who only appeared as a voice in Evil Dead Rise, is featured in several photos throughout the film. One of these photos is a Polaroid, while the other is a framed picture next to the stairs. This suggests he could be the family's estranged grandfather. Considering the grandfather's research on the Dead Book, the possibility that the missing figure could be Ash Williams also arises. Vanicek noted that this theory has been noticed by fans and that they will be working on it.

Filled with many details and connections that will catch the attention of fans, Evil Dead Burn is a must-see for horror cinema enthusiasts.
