Tony Gilroy, the creator of some of the most beloved series in the Star Wars universe, and Pedro Pascal, the star of his most successful series, are coming together in the film titled Behemoth!, set to hit theaters this winter. The film, whose first trailer has been released, does not take place in a distant galaxy; instead, it unfolds in Los Angeles. After a 14-year hiatus, Gilroy is making his return to cinema, aiming to present audiences with a new story.

In Behemoth!, Pedro Pascal brings to life the character Alex Serian, a world-renowned cellist. Alex, who has been on the road for over two decades, has lived out of his suitcase and traveled through various countries. However, he is now returning to Los Angeles to work on film scores. But his return is not met with joy by everyone; particularly, Alex's brother Will Arnett and his ex-girlfriend Olivia Wilde do not seem pleased with the situation. On the other hand, a new romance may be blossoming with his coworker Nadia (Eva Victor).

The film will be released by Searchlight Pictures on December 4. Audiences will flock to theaters to see how these complex relationships in Alex's life will unfold. Gilroy's return to cinema and Pascal's performance make Behemoth! a highly anticipated production.
