Anand Mathur goes on a hunger strike until Kajal, the fourth daughter, apologise for her behaviour. But both of them agree to compromise on a deal worth INR 1500.

Beena is not at home. Meenakshi has to run the house. As the maid Sakkhu Bai's husband has beaten her, Meenakshi calls the Mahila Mukti Morcha to help her.

Chhoti's gossip makes the Mathurs buy a lottery ticket. Anand daydreams about their win and their lack of safety in such a situation. However, his family wins a paltry INR 100.

Radhika reads an article about warring couples loving each other a lot. She and her sisters try to create rifts between Anand and Beena. The matter soon goes out of hand.

Meenakshi is in Nagpur and her sisters are picnicking. Anand and Beena's alone time is interrupted by Beena's mother Durga's surprise visit. The girls plan to get rid of her.

Durga and Rama, Anand's first wife's mother, gossip about the bad image of the Mathurs. The girls make fun of Rama. Rama swears to take revenge and bring the girls on track.

Radhika decides not to wear the hearing aid, because of which Anil misunderstands that she loves him. He gives a love letter to Kajal and Choti and asks them to hand it to Radhika.

Anand's friend Pankaj comes to his home. Anand gets to know his love story. Radhika, Sweety, Chhoti and Beena return home. Beena is delighted to see Pankaj, her long-lost friend.

Anand is jealous of the way Beena is treating Pankaj. Anand's first wife backbites about Beena and Pankaj's closeness. Beena and her daughters get angry with Anand.

Chhoti informs her family that Pandey Uncle has been promoted. Anand invites his boss Popatlal for dinner, to which Popatlal agrees. A major misunderstanding is in store for them.

Chhoti tells Pooja about her husband Sunil buying a gajra. Pooja is in the Mathur house. Sunil searches for her everywhere. Sunil locks himself up in his house.

Sweety gets a bouquet and gift from a stranger on her birthday. Someone calls her up and imitates Shahrukh. The stranger wishes Sweety in the dark in her house and vanishes.

Meenakshi suggests sending Sweety to her maternal grandmother's home. Sweety goes to meet the stranger, thinking that he is Shahrukh Khan, a Bollywood actor.

Durga finds a prospective groom for Meenakshi. Radhika, Sweety and Kajal ask her to see the man. Mr Kapoor comes with his son Mohan, who mistakes Beena for the prospective bride.

Sweety signs a modelling contract and gets INR 5000 for endorsing a brand linked to nighties. Her family members accompany her for a photo shoot. But trouble is in store for her.

Chetan, Pooja's brother, is upset as Sunil is in Khandala. The Mathurs give him shelter but doubt his identity. Popatlal visits the Mathur house to check if Anand is ill.

The families of Beena's brother Mohan and Anand's sister Sarita visit the Mathurs. Anand and Beena find it hard to manage them. The gossip at night alters their plan to stay there.

Chhoti tells her kin about a raid in their area. ACP Kaatre searches for Taklya, a deadly shooter. The police interrogate the Mathurs and arrest Anand. But they release him later.

Radhika suggests making an Ouija board to call the spirits. Durga sends a letter complaining about Chhoti. Anand's first wife reminds him about their 25th wedding anniversary.

Anand's first wife's spirit is summoned by the Mathur girls. She complains that Anand does not love her. Kajal has a plan to recreate the love story. The girls boycott Anand.

Radhika passes her exams but has to get a job in order to support her family. She starts a coaching class and earns INR 3000. An argument starts between Radhika and Kajal.

Kajal collects funds for the Ganesh Chaturthi celebration. A man from the municipal corporation comes for demolishing an illegally erected mandap.

Anand's first wife reminds him of his and Beena's 17th wedding anniversary. His daughters plan a surprise party. Someone interrupts the celebration.

The pandit, Bhootnath's father, who got Beena and Anand married, was an actor. Anand is heartbroken and asks everyone to leave. Anand's first wife asks him to remarry Beena.

Anand and Beena are shocked as Sweety behaves like Meenakshi, Meenakshi behaves like Chhoti, Chhoti behaves like Radhika, Radhika behaves like Kajal and Kajal behaves like Sweety.

Kajal is in love with Govinda, a Bollywood actor. Anand gets a call from Govinda's brother to ask if they can come and talk about Govinda's wedding with Kajal.

The doorbell rings and there stands Anand in a new avatar. Later, they come to know that he is Raju, Anand's twin brother. The Mathurs have another unexpected visitor.

The Mathur girls are surprised to see Anand's uncle Dadaji, who is a lookalike of him and Raju. Anand's Chacha wants to bring the family on track. The guests annoy the girls.

When Gopi, Beena's dance teacher, is harassed by a few men in the park, Kajal saves her. Gopi is smitten with Kajal. Meenakshi and Sweety discuss Gopi and Kajal's marriage.

The Mathur girls plan to buy gifts for their parents on the occasion of Diwali. They collect money in their own way and gift their parents a suit, sari and gold bangles.
