After the Sakamaki brothers along with Yui recently experienced a car accident, the cause of it was four new vampires that where non-pure bloods who want Yui for her blood

Yui Komori wakes up to realize she's in Mukami's mansion. She was taken by the brothers and is told she is to live there with them. The Mukami brothers need Yui for their "plan" and call her "Eve.

After getting her blood sucked by Ruki Mukami, Yui Komori wakes up in her own room the next day. She enters the living room where the 4 Mukami brothers are enjoying dinner together. They leave for school telling Yui to stay with Azusa.

Yuma takes Yui to a garden where he grows vegetables. Yui asks his purpose for growing them if vampires don't need to eat food like humans. he begins to talk about his and the Mukami brothers' past

Kou gives Yui roses as a gift. Yui is confused when Kou demands something in return and suddenly changes Kou feeds on her, Kou later returns asks Yui to help him Yui goes to his room and discovers multiple scars on Kou's

Ruki suddenly allows Yui Komori to attend school. she reunites with Kanato, Laito, and Reiji but they disappear without a conversation. Walking alone, Yui is grabbed by Subaru and is dragged to the rooftop. Kou appears there as well

Ruki starts feeling impatient when Kou and Azusa they confirm they don't have any signs of the awakening. Yui trips on the school stairs due to lack of blood, but is saved by Yuma. On their way to the nurse's office, they run into Shu

Ruki has been secluded in his room lately and his brothers have noticed his change in behavior. Ruki suddenly appears and takes Yuito the basement room. There, Ruki feeds on her blood and Yui blacks out.

Yui wakes up in her room in the Sakamaki mansion where Laito feeds on her but Reiji interferes and tells Yui to come to the living room. In the living room, Reiji asks about the Mukami brothers and Yui tells him all she knows

Yui resists while Shu takes her blood and this makes him crave it even more. Kou, Yuma, and Azusa are baffled about Ruki allowing Ayato to take Yui. As they try to question Ruki on his intentions, a pack of wolves invade their mansion.

Yui returns to Mukami's mansion along with Azusa. There, she finds a badly injured Ruki lying on the bed. He's been injured to save Azusa. Kou, Yuma, and Azusa explain to Yui the reason Ruki has been acting strange lately.

After the Mukami brothers were attacked by wolves, the Sakamaki brothers are attacked as well. They fight off the wolves. The Sakamaki brothers reach a conclusion that the Founders are behind the attacks and they're after Yui Komori.
