Rachel Mary de Souza DBE is a British educationalist, and former headteacher. The founding chief executive of the Inspiration Trust she served in that role until March 2021, when she took up the post of Children's Commissioner for England. De Souza was appointed DBE in the 2014 New Year Honours "for services to education".
