YUK suggests to MING that they could get marry so as to eliminate her father’s worries but MING rejects her. HAM and PING go to the fund company where they meet their friend CHUEN. CHUEN is arguing with the staffs and the company accuses him for arson because he is carrying thinner. CHUEN asks PING to defend for him in the court but PING acts nervously at the court and he collapses eventually. KWAN realizes why PING doesn’t concentrate on his works and keeps fooling around in recent years. KWAN helps PING to defend for CHUEN in the court. He finds new evidence for CHUEN and finally wins the case. NA’s boyfriend YIN suddenly appears. NA is overjoyed for she came all the way to Hong Kong just because of him.
