CHING indulges himself in drinking after separating with YI. YUK tries to persuade YI to reunite with CHING but MAN thinks that this is useless. CHING draws a card for YI but he realizes that she has already returned to America. MING starts operating the bookshop and he finds it very challenging. CHUNG’s younger brother KA HEI returns to Hong Kong during summer holidays. MING carelessly reveals to HEI that CHI has borrowed money from CHUNG and HEI is very curious about the matter. CHI overhears HEI’s telephone conversation with his friend and she suspects that HEI wants to cheat money. CHI reminds CHUNG to be careful. Ironically, HEI accuses CHI for cheating CHUNG and he requests CHI to return the money to CHUNG. CHI is speechless and she moves away unhappily.
