Lung disease girl patient Law Siu-han is in critical condition. Man-shun and Oi-ling want to facilitate drainage for the girl patient by thoracentesis. But Zam-sum is worried this approach could affect lung donation after death ranking. Mr Guo agrees to Ip Ching’s request. Yat-to asks Oi-ling and Man-shun to persuade some rare disease patient to attend a press conference.
