Initially, he performed in numerous stage productions under the organization before making his debut in television dramas. At the beginning of his career, he worked as a stage actor with Aranyak Natyadal, performing in productions such as Iblish, Pathor, Joyjoyonti, Prokritojon Kotha, and Mayur Singhasan. He later transitioned to television dramas, where he appeared in several notable productions, including Dayaganj, Service Holder, College Student, and many others. In addition to television, he also acted in several feature films, including Adhiyar, Bangla Mayer Damal Chele, and Chhana O Muktijuddho. Since 2001, he has been directing television dramas. Some of his notable directorial works include Rajab Ali O Tar Kafoner Kotha, Chhattrish Khalek, Hitler Harun, Probashi Jamai, and Vespa-150. Besides being an actor, director, and producer, he is also a story writer. He wrote the original stories for dramas such as Rajab Ali O Tar Kafoner Kotha, Chhattrish Khalek, Probashi Jamai, Vespa-150, Potromitali, Harkipte, Alta Sundari, Jamai Mela, Jaman Mondol, and Dui Takar Bahaduri.
