Anthony, a real temp worker, is hired by CEO Doug for the last annual company trip before his retirement, at Rockin' Grandma's Hot Sauce (a fake company). While Doug's son Dougie Jr. struggles to prove his leadership skills, a flashy investment firm's team tries to convince the company to buy them out.
