Jimmy is an independent writer and seems to be a man who doesn't want to be happy, a self-destructive individual. One day, he meets someone just like him. Gretchen, a public relations manager, is exactly the kind of woman he needs. He is unaware of how this woman, whom he encounters at a wedding he reluctantly attends, will change him. Our two narcissistic protagonists fall in love and embark on an impossible relationship. Jimmy and Gretchen begin to navigate the paths of fear, heartbreak, and excitement. Their love seems to prove that unconventional situations can sometimes create perfect unions.
