Twins Phoebe and Max Thunderman set out on a mission to tackle the threats in the seaside town of Secret Shores while helping Chloe develop her superhero skills by taking her along on their undercover operation. Chloe forms a connection with two classmates as they investigate suspicious activities at the local school, unaware that their new friend possesses secret powers. As the danger escalates, the Thunderman trio must remain in town indefinitely, leaving the bickering twins responsible for caring for their younger sister.
