Norm Henderson was once a fairly well-known -- but not particularly skilled -- professional hockey player. Norm's love for gambling and failure to pay taxes led to his permanent ban from the sport. Instead of serving time in jail, he was sentenced to community service as a social worker, where his fresh outlook in the field and impatience with office bureaucracy don't always mesh well with his colleagues.
