Cassandra Bowden is a young woman working as a flight attendant. One day, she wakes up in a hotel room in Dubai to find herself in a horrifying situation. Finding a corpse next to her, Cassandra struggles to make sense of what has happened. Afraid to call the police, she decides to act as if nothing has happened and continues her life by going to the airport and joining the other flight attendants and pilots. However, upon arriving in New York, she encounters an FBI agent. As Cassandra tries to remember what happened, she begins to suspect that she might be the killer.
