Erica Shepherd is a former CIA agent. Now, she is branded a traitor due to her actions, despised by the public, and held in a high-security prison. There are criminals who threaten the country and remain at large. FBI agent Will Keaton states that they need someone who thinks like these criminals to catch them. Consequently, Erica Shepherd is released from prison to collaborate with the FBI.
