The third season began airing on February 3, 2008. A fourth season, featuring couples competing as teams, started on February 1, 2009. The fifth season aired on January 31, 2010, with former Olympic swimmer Hayley Lewis as the new host, and in 2011, the show introduced new trainer Tiffiny Hall.
