This series, written by Alan Ball, the screenwriter of American Beauty, is a dark comedy about the lives of the Fisher family, who run a funeral home and live in it. The production won the Golden Globe for Best Drama Series in 2003 and bid farewell to screens in 2005 with its 5th season.
