The Builder club was once a successful team, and its owner dreamed of outgrowing his championship and claiming a higher rank in the KHL. However, the hockey players and coaches fell into a crisis, leaving the team at the bottom of the standings with no way out. Now, it seems easier to close the club along with the arena — doubting the prospects of victory, the owner of the 'Builder' appoints a figure skating coach as the director. The club's salvation now hinges on how well the former figure skater can unite the players, connect them with the fans, who are considered the sixth player on the ice, and become the club's 'seventh player' who achieves success at the management level.
