Yuki Takeya, Kurumi Ebisuzawa, Yuri Wakasa, and Miki Naoki decide to stay overnight at school. Along with their school adviser Megumi Sakura, they suddenly find themselves as the last survivors of a zombie attack, continuing to live and survive within the school.
