Ringo is a young man who has dedicated his life to boxing, but at the peak of his career, he loses the national title upon hearing about his brother's death. From that moment on, Ringo decides to retire from boxing. His wife, Gloria, leaves him to live with El Turco, Ringo's main rival in the ring. Gloria's choice leaves Ringo alone to care for their son, Santi. Later, Gloria returns to claim custody of her son, and in that situation, Ringo must find a job that provides a stable income to keep custody. He decides to return to boxing with the clear goal of becoming champion.
