Dr. Prem, a perfect heart surgeon, is about to get married. However, the wedding is disrupted by the beautiful yet 'bad character' actor Pat, because Dr. Prem's sweet fiancée has gotten his close friend pregnant. This leads Dr. Prem to dislike Pat. But there’s something he doesn’t know: the sweet person he kissed for a brief moment at the bachelor party is actually Pat.
