The series follows the adventures of Fishtronaut, a fish in a spacesuit, similar to reverse scuba gear, which allows him to fly and breathe outside of water. He is a secret agent for the Secret Environmental Agency, and along with his friends Marina and Zeek, he uncovers the mysteries happening in Smiling Trees Park. They solve these mysteries with the help of a P.O.P. (Primary Objective Pod), a magical multicolored ball that contains crucial clues for their mission.
