In a city that one should be familiar with, something feels a bit different. Odokawa is an ordinary taxi driver living a mundane life, and he picks up some strange customers. Odokawa, an eccentric foreigner with no relationships with relatives or others, has a hobby of listening to Rakugo on the radio before bed. For now, the only people he can consider friends are his family doctor Gouriki and his high school classmate Kakihana. Conversations with a university student named Kabasawa, who seeks excitement, a nurse named Shirakawa who is hiding something, a poorly performing comedian group called Homo Sapiens, a city delinquent named Dobu, and a rookie idol group called Mystery Kiss — these chats shouldn't be that important; they should lead to a missing girl.
