MythBusters is a television program produced in the U.S. for Discovery Channel by the Australian company Beyond Tomorrow Productions. The show has also been aired by several international broadcasters (SBS in Australia, BBC Two in the UK, Discovery Channel Turkey in Turkey). In Turkey, it is broadcast under the name Efsane Avcıları. The program is hosted by special effects experts Jamie Hyneman and Adam Savage, who use basic scientific methods to test the validity of urban legends and news in popular culture. They are joined by Kari Byron, Grant Imahara, and Tory Belleci. They also test Turkish legends.
