Part-American, part-Scandinavian death-metal band Dethklok has a lasting impact on its fans, who take the lyrics seriously and do whatever the Dethklok songs instruct. The government fears the band's influence and seeks to eliminate it through covert means; for instance, by sending military pharmaceutical psychotropic drug manufacturers. Labeled sociopaths for throwing hot coffee at their concertgoers, two of the band members are alcoholics, and they all struggle with self-esteem issues.
