Meanwhile, 22-year-old university student Kurou Sakuragawa has just broken up with his girlfriend. Seizing the opportunity, Kotoko, who dreams of marrying Kurou one day, takes immediate action. She offers to work together with Kurou, who has been granted healing powers during a youkai incident, to solve various supernatural occurrences and deal with rogue youkai. She also hopes for her new partner to reciprocate her feelings.
