‘Kavak Yelleri’ tells the story of four young people who are impatient to grow up, living in a summer vibrant and a winter desolate Aegean town, where poplars sway and storms brew. Deniz (İbrahim Kendirci), Aslı (Pelin Karahan), Efe (Dağhan Külegeç), and Mine (Aslı Enver) will remind everyone of something from their own stories. Deniz, trying to find his own path and grow away from his happy and secure family; Aslı, the idealistic and strong girl who studies despite financial difficulties and tries to appear tough while being sensitive; Efe, who hides his pain behind a relaxed and humorous demeanor; and the rebellious Mine, who stands out like a weed. Close friendships, first loves, the pressure of university entrance exams, school, and family issues everyone is trying to overcome will feel familiar. As if the challenges of growing up weren't enough, our heroes are also battling the university entrance exam, and the big day is approaching. They must face the most important exam of their lives and make their most crucial decision during a time when they are not thinking clearly.
