Inside No. 9 is a British comedy series consisting of independent episodes and characters. Although each episode tackles a different subject, all events take place within the confines of a house or apartment numbered 9. The title of the series comes from this concept. Defined as a dark comedy, another characteristic of the series is that each episode ends with a surprising twist or tells stories that seem simple at first but later become very different and complex.
