Insatiable tells the story of a man whose main profession is law and a young girl who seeks revenge on those who bully her. A high school girl named Patty struggles with her weight. Patty faces bullying from her classmates due to her size. Everyone at school mocks her weight, except for a few friends. The only person who sees the potential in her is a lawyer named Bob. Bob is determined to help Patty escape her situation. With Bob's assistance, Patty enters a beauty pageant organized in the country. The duo begins their preparations with great ambition. This way, Patty will be able to take revenge on those who made fun of her. Bob and his wife Coralee, who coach the young girl, do whatever it takes for her to win the competition. When Patty transforms into a completely different person by shedding her weight, she becomes the center of attention at school. However, the young girl, who has sworn revenge, still has plans to execute.
