Momoka, an ordinary middle school student, is summoned by Mokonyan, a fairy from the Magic World, to join Magic Warriors Rin and Mitsuki to stop the Nuisance World. Together, as MagiMajo Pures, they purify the Akiramests back into Majoka Jewels using magic.
