'Honto ni Atta Kowai Hanashi' (Literally: “True Scary Stories”) is a horror comic series published by Asahi Shimbun Publications that features scary stories—like school ghost tales—that are said to have actually occurred, along with an original video based on the series and a Fuji TV drama adapted from that video. It is commonly referred to as “Honkowa”.
