Thirteen-year-old Yasaka is spending his summer vacation at his grandfather's house. One day, he enters a store and meets Arashi, a beautiful sixteen-year-old girl who works there. After trying to protect her from a man claiming to have been hired by her family to forcibly take her back, Yasaka escapes with her, and she now stays at his grandpa's house with him. It doesn't take long for Yasaka to realize that his new friend is far from ordinary, as she possesses mysterious powers. The plot thickens when he discovers a sixty-year-old photograph of Arashi and another girl named Kaja, and to everyone's surprise, Kaja suddenly appears, unchanged since then, just like Arashi.
